The Rye Town Hall has been a center for town life for over 180 years. When looking for a contractor to repaint the structure, the town sought out a painting contractor that had the same passion about their work that the towns people have about their historic structure. The large historic structure on 10 Central Road in Rye was in very poor condition having weathered almost two centuries of New England Weather. The crew at JG painting scraped down the entire building and replaced approximately 20 feet of rotted trim and siding and rebuilt four shutters. The building now in full progress should be finished in the spring of 2019.
