Built in 1850, the owner of this house had a un licensed contractor who backed out of a contract. The owner then contacted Sherwin Williams in Portsmouth for a reputable painter. They referred them to JG painting who scheduled it in May 2020.
JG painting used Sherwin Williams A100 100% alkyd on all siding trim and doors, then 2 top coats of 100% acrylic Resilience. The home is listed on the national historic list of homes on 7 church st Dover, NH.
