The New Castle town hall dates back to the mid 1800s and was heavily damaged due wear and the salt air. We hand washed the entire building scaped all loose paint and Used a High build acrylic primer called Peel Bond which is specifically made for heavily damaged old siding to help build a bridge between the old levels of paint to the new existing finish to show a semi smooth appearance. We we used Sherwin Willams Resilance premium paint to finish.
